About the Author
Author, activist and lecturer Nick Begich will discuss HAARP and new military weapons technology being developed, contemplated or deployed around the world. Dr. Begich has testified and lectured before legislative, political, scientific, cultural, environmental and other organizations in 17 countries and throughout the United States. Dr. Begich has published books and articles around the world on new technologies, politics and science.

Most recently he was called to testify before the European Parliament on the implications of HAARP, new weapons, and non-lethal technologies. He was also a guest at a recent conference called Religion, Science and the Environment held in the Black Sea region and sponsored by the European Union and the Orthodox church which traces its roots to John the Revelator who wrote the Book of Revelations the last book of the Christian Bible. These conferences have provided insights and knowledge in the areas of new technology, the environment, climate change and politics.
