Dr.. Hulse is a Dairy Scientist, a Cancer Epidemiologist, and a Researcher. He was a Milk and Dairy Inspector for 13 years in the State of California. He is Board Certified in Family practice and in Public Health and Preventive Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine. He has lectured for Medical Societies, and dairy organizations. He is the author of "Mad Cows and Milk Gate".
