About the Author
Natural Ovens of Manitowoc was founded in 1976 by Paul Stitt, M.S.(biochemistry, University of Wisconsin) because he saw a need for fresh, filling and satisfying, preservative-free whole grain food in the Midwest. As scientists discovered more and more about the dangers of chemical additives, preservatives, and "junk food" diets, Paul became increasingly concerned about the health of his family... and the nation.
